DIET
Hey everyone!! Do you remember when we were kids, we use to be very picky eaters? For me I wasn't a picky eater. I use to eat what ever I want. Now that I'm older, I notice I gain a few pounds. There are times were I really hate my body. That I wish I could snap my fingers and the weight will gone. One of my friends made me a diet plan. HAHAHA!!! I'm not good at following a diet plan. Today I barely eat. This is my diet routine:
BREAKFAST:
A cup of coffee
One bottle of water
LUNCH:
Most time I eat a fast foot restaurant. But if I'm home, I'll make myself a sandwich with a bag of chips and with a soda. Then I'll have one bottle of water.
DINNER:
Something as lunch.
Before I go too bed, I alway have one bottle of water. And that my friends is my eating routine. I know it not much. But I try not to eat much. Because sometime if I eat too I start to vomit. (I know TMI) But anyway, last year I try exercise.(No I didn't went to the gym). Instead I look up "work out on losing weight". But it didn't work. If I go to the gym, I probably end up on why couch, with a bag of chips, a bottle of soda and non-stop watching 13 reason why.
I have a fun who is worry about my eating habit. He told me "You shouldn't starve yourself. It's unhealthy for you. you are getting weaker if you starve yourself". I don't know who many times that I tell him "I'm fine."
Then he said: "No you have to join gym. You'll be stronger."
I have no word to say to but"Thank you." Yup it really hard to ignore these kind of comments that your friends or other people say in front of you. Don't get me wrong, I really want to lose weight. But a diet plan doesn't work for me.
TIPS TO LOSE WEIGHT:
Okay, so these are some of my tips I have you if you want to lose a few pounds:
1. Eat a lot of fruit.
2. drink a lot of water. I problem with this one. We're support to drink 8 cups of water. I only drink 3 to 4 cups of water. Start out slow. Try drinking 1 bottle a day. Then add another bottle. Just don't over dose yourself with water. When you reach 8 cups of water. Then you should stop adding another bottle.
3. Do an exercise. Even it just walking to the mailbox. It still counts. Go hiking, bike ridding or playing a sport with your friend.
4. Eat a lot of protein. My go to snack is peanut butter. I love peanut butter. not only its healthy and full protein, but its help hair growth.
5. This one is very important. Please please please ignore what other people said about you. I know it hurt it when someone says" You need to drop a few pounds." Also don't compare your body to somebody else. Always love your self. Remember this " Beauty is not in the face; Beauty is a light in the heart".
